TradeMAV LLC (“TradeMAV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates RAMDeck, including the RAMDeck Android application and the RAMDeck website at ramdeck.com (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the RAMDeck Android application.
- What RAMDeck Does
RAMDeck is a user-controlled companion application that allows an Android device to act as a supplemental inference worker for a RAMDeck coordinator selected by the user. The application is intended for trusted local-network deployments and is not a standalone consumer AI chat service.
The app runs only after the user actively starts contribution. While active, it operates as a foreground service and displays a persistent Android notification so that the user can see that contribution is running and can stop it.
- Information the App Handles
To provide node-contribution functionality, the app may access, generate, store locally, and transmit to the RAMDeck coordinator URL configured by the user:
A RAMDeck node identifier.
Device hostname or device name.
Local IPv4 address.
Device class, including classification as an Android mobile node.
Available memory, memory-pressure state, and related device-capability information.
Node contribution state, worker uptime, RPC-worker health, and heartbeat status.
Technical diagnostic information, including local service events and error logs.
The coordinator address or URL entered or otherwise configured by the user.
This information is used to register the device with the selected coordinator, determine whether the device is available to contribute, monitor worker health, prevent work from being assigned to an unhealthy node, and diagnose technical problems.
- Network Transmission
When you choose to start contributing, the app transmits relevant node-status information to the coordinator you configure, including registration and periodic heartbeat requests. RAMDeck is designed for use with a coordinator on a trusted local network.
The current Android app may communicate with coordinator endpoints using HTTP. HTTP traffic is not encrypted in transit. Do not use RAMDeck over public or untrusted networks unless you have independently configured an appropriate secure network layer, such as a VPN, reverse proxy, or encrypted transport.
- Information We Do Not Intend to Collect
TradeMAV does not intend for the RAMDeck Android app to collect or sell:
Your contacts, call logs, text messages, photos, videos, microphone recordings, or camera content.
Precise location information.
Payment-card or banking information.
Advertising identifiers for behavioral advertising.
Information for targeted advertising or data-broker purposes.
RAMDeck is not designed to perform cryptocurrency mining, covert background processing, or third-party resource resale.
- Local Logs and Diagnostics
The app may create operational logs in app-private storage on your device to help diagnose native-worker startup failures, crashes, service restarts, and connection problems. These logs remain on the device unless you choose to share them with TradeMAV or another recipient for support.
If you voluntarily email logs, screenshots, or support details to us, we will use that information to respond to your request, troubleshoot the Service, maintain security, and improve reliability.
- Sharing of Information
TradeMAV does not sell personal information.
Information needed for node operation is sent to the RAMDeck coordinator configured by you. If you operate your own coordinator, you control that environment and its data practices. If a coordinator is operated by another person or organization, that operator may receive the node and diagnostic information described in this policy. You should use RAMDeck only with coordinators you trust.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect the rights, safety, and security of TradeMAV, users, or others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
- Retention
The app retains locally generated operational data and logs only as needed for its functionality and diagnostics, subject to the app’s log-rotation and storage controls. You can generally remove locally stored app data by using Android’s app-storage controls or uninstalling the app.
Information sent to a coordinator is retained according to the practices and configuration of that coordinator’s operator. If you contact TradeMAV directly, we retain correspondence and support material for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
- Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Because the current app may use unencrypted HTTP for coordinator communication, users are responsible for restricting RAMDeck operation to trusted networks or deploying an additional security layer appropriate to their environment.
- Children’s Privacy
RAMDeck is not directed to children under 13, and TradeMAV does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to TradeMAV, contact us so that we can review and address the request.
- Your Choices
You may stop device contribution at any time using the in-app stop control or Android system controls. You may uninstall the app or clear its storage through Android settings to remove app data stored on your device.

- Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, applicable law, or our information practices change. The updated policy will be posted at ramdeck.com with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or other appropriate means where required.
