RAMDeck is a user-directed application designed to allow your device to contribute local computing and memory capacity to your own private, local-network computer cluster. The application operates strictly under your control and is intended for private local-network environments. It does not operate as a public or cloud-hosted web service.

2. Information Processed by the Application

To enable local clustering functionality, the application accesses and processes certain non-personal technical device metrics locally:

• Device & Operating System Information: General hardware model name, operating system version, and compute availability.
• Hardware Resource Telemetry: Total device memory, available system memory, and thermal state to ensure safe device operation.
• Local Network Connectivity: Local private network address necessary to communicate directly with your designated local computer over your private Wi-Fi network.
• Application State: Active uptime, connection health with your designated local computer, and error diagnostics.
• User Preferences: Local settings configured by you within the app, such as display preferences and connection addresses.

This technical information is used solely to operate the local application, ensure safe hardware operation, and maintain connectivity with the local computer you choose to connect to.

3. Device Permissions & Network Usage

Local Network Access: When prompted, the application requests permission to communicate on your local network. This permission is used exclusively to discover and communicate with your designated local desktop or server on the same private Wi-Fi network. The application does not scan, monitor, or collect data from other devices on your network.

Display & Power: The application may keep your device display awake while actively operating and provides screen-dimming controls to preserve your display.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We believe in privacy by design. RAMDeck does not collect, store, transmit, or sell:

• Personal identification details, account names, or passwords (no account or login is required).
• Contacts, address books, text messages, or phone logs.
• Photos, media files, documents, or camera/microphone data.
• Precise or approximate physical location data.
• Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking identifiers.
• Financial, credit card, or payment data.

5. Third-Party Tracking and Analytics

RAMDeck does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics libraries. We do not track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites.

6. Diagnostic Logs & Support Correspondence

The application may maintain temporary diagnostic event logs stored in private storage on your device to assist with troubleshooting connection issues. These logs remain on your device unless you voluntarily choose to share them with TradeMAV for customer support.

If you contact us directly for customer or technical support, we retain your communications only as long as necessary to address your inquiry.

7. Data Retention & User Controls

Control Over Operation: You can pause or stop the application at any time directly from the user interface.

Data Removal: All local settings and diagnostic logs are stored in standard sandboxed application storage on your device. Uninstalling the application removes all locally stored data and settings completely.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Security

We design our applications to keep processing local to your device and your private network. You are responsible for ensuring that your local area network is secured and that you connect only to computers that you own or trust.
